Because of her strong engineering background and a degree in structural drafting, she has managed to develop and obtain more than 31 patents in various industries.
Because of the overwhelming need for these types of products, her goal was to design a tiny home that was functional, large enough to accommodate a couple or a family comfortably, and still be able to be transported if the need arose.

We do not produce a dozen different floor plans for one simple reason: By producing a basic model that meets 80% of most people’s needs we cut the cost considerably by as much as 50% because everything can be cut and assembled in an assembly line fashion with a less skilled work force giving veterans and blue collar workers a chance to make a much higher wage than is normally offered in our area. They also have the option of owning their own tiny home over the course of just 12 months without a mortgage payment.
Starting in 2023, a limited production of these homes will be built so customers that are interested in our homes should express their interest as early on as possible since delivery is about 4-6 months out at the present time.
