The BioSmart Tiny Home is produced by Pacific Northwest Development Association, LLC.

Our homes are built in our own facility which has been owned by the company since 2009. 

When it comes to building a tiny home the name of the game is experience, experience, experience. 

Our General Manager, Renee Searle, has been designing tiny homes and low income housing for over 40 years.  Prior to designing tiny homes she owned her own development company and built both luxury homes and a townhouse development of 47 homes.

Because of her strong engineering background and a degree in structural drafting, she has managed to develop and obtain more than 31 patents in various industries.

Because of the overwhelming need for these types of products, her goal was to design a tiny home that was functional, large enough to accommodate a couple or a family comfortably, and still be able to be transported if the need arose.

Customers looking to purchase or build a tiny home should consider the following options when considering whether to build and start from scratch, purchase a flat-pack and assemble it themselves, or purchase a completed home.  This information may help customers before deciding exactly what type of product they would prefer to live in. We do not produce a dozen different floor plans for one simple reason:  By producing a basic model that meets 80% of most people’s needs we cut the cost considerably by as much as 50% because everything can be cut and assembled in an assembly line fashion with a less skilled work force giving veterans and  blue collar workers a chance to make a much higher wage than is normally offered in our area.  They also have the option of owning their own tiny home over the course of just 12 months without a mortgage payment.

Starting in 2023, a limited production of these homes will be built so customers that are interested in our homes should express their interest as early on as possible since delivery is about 4-6 months out at the present time.
